Your knitting finish and other projects are beautiful! And I have loved that Christmas tree pattern since you first showed it. I finished the stitching on my parent's Christmas gift while watching you and just have beading to do. I'm doing the Survivor Tree Ornament from M Designs in pink and blue variegated floss to represent each of their battles with cancer. Mom survived breast cancer and Dad colon cancer. Good luck with your move, and take care of yourself.

Congrats on the Summer Sorrel finish! It's just perfect. A positive about moving and limiting your wips/projects is that you'll get so much more done and possibly even finishes if the mood strikes. All the best with everything and looking forward to flossmas!

I, too, am wearing my Steotch shirt. It's my go-to comfy shirt. I've never been a fan of speckling on yarn, it reminds me of a jawbreaker. But I realized that I've never paid attention to what it looks like on an actual project & I really like how yours looks.
I need to wear this shirt more often! It is super comfy. And speckled yarn is so fun to knit with 😍
I'm so glad I found your channel here. I crochet. I don't know how yo knit but I sooo need to crochet me some shawls to wear maybe take a break from dping😊 I have increased my yarn inventory cuz my sister passed during covid and I got all her crafting stuff😊 so I'll be watching 💜🥰 maybe u can teach me yo knitting next year💚💙🥰
If you don’t count the thank you gift for taking care of someone, I think I was reasonably successful at a low buy year for crafty bits…until black Friday sales lol. But between all the crafty buys, I think I’m under $300 for the year. (Which is probably crazy low for some, but I think it’s high due to how much pass the stash came into my possession.)

I’m also at a point where I’m just not stitching as much. Life has been too busy for me to manage much more than crochet here and there. I’m hoping I can do more in December.

I'm a lefty! Does it help to have a lefty teacher? 😅 Our move was hard on my heart! We sold our dream house. Needed to downsize anyway! Waiting to build a smaller one. On to our next chapter. Thanks for asking❤❤
