That is so cool. My dad bought a 72 or 73 RV90 in light blue. He never rode it, but I sure did. I didn't know anything about dirt bikes or MX. I was only 9 myself, but I my hero back then was Evil Knievel. I would build ramps out of any scrap i could find and jump that thing until I broke the foot pegs off. I was probably getting a whole foot of air, but in my 9 year old mind, I was jumping a school bus. Living in the woods of northern Vt. then, I spent countless hours riding on old logging or class 6 roads on that thing.
Awesome! I didn't know Suzuki made one of these- Looks just like the Honda CT70 my neighbor had back in the early 80's (but a little bigger as this is 125 vs 70). Man, I love that two stroke sound!
I have an RV90 which is an awesome little bike, I would love to have the 125. Looks like your missing the cover for the battery side, but besides that the bike is perfect, awesome video.
My first motorcycle. Bought it new in Rogers Arkansas in 1972, I think. Had a lot of fun on that bike. I was 14 and had just moved to Arkansas where you could get a motorcycle license at that age. Had to have a "crash bar" installed by law, and it had to be restricted to 5 hp until you reached the age of 16. I watched the guy unscrew the cap off the top of the carb and remove the slide...he cut a piece of tubing to fit between the cap and the slide to restrict how far you could turn the throttle. A very stupid and horrible idea for safety, as was the crash bar. Once it was tagged, I removed that piece of tubing and later, the crash bar. I proceeded to do that to all my friends motorcycles as well. I was a popular guy. 🤣 One such friend was able to ride a TS400 because of that stupid throttle restriction method. Imagine the power gains he got!!! Yes, they all lived. My nest bike was a GT380, but quickly got bored with the street riding and traded it for a TS185. Damn, I wish I had all those bikes back now.
Sweet how much is it worth I just picked up a yellow one for 500$ us and has 458 miles on it plus the blinkers headlights tail light brake light tool bag and owner manual

Kaplan I've never seen one of these before... thanks for sharing
That thing looks like it'd be a blast cruising around the beach or local mud hole. Love to see these old timers
Wow, now that's a raging case of UNOBTANIUM if I've ever seen one.
I have one of these at the family beach house here in nz.
Great fun and collectable...nothing like the retro 2 strokes.
Praying you guys don't get any flooding out there with all the rain

My family still has one of these. Same year and color. Still runs good after all them years.
That bike sounds exactly like the 1980 Suzuki DS100 I had in Junior High.
Min. 5:21 ... absolute epic video-bomb from Jr. on that Wes Cooley Suzuki!!
Cool little Suzuki. Love the neon green color. I bet Jr. had fun on that streetbike. 😎
That looks and sounds Spot-on. Two Strokes Rule, that's coming from a Van van owner.👍👌🏴🇬🇧

Went back and looked at old pictures. Mine definitly had factory turn signals.
Man! How do you find all these Saweet old school bikes?? Inquiring minds want to know…😂😂
Pretty cool, it’s like a TW 200 made a baby with a CT 70 But they weren’t sure he was really the father because it came out a two stroke😅
Cool two stroke. I own a Van Van 200.
Sweet how much is it worth I just picked up a yellow one for 500$ us and has 458 miles on it plus the blinkers headlights tail light brake light tool bag and owner manual
