I remember this like it was yesterday. I was 22 years old with my then boyfriend..... Stood there since 3PM all the way til Midnight. I remember how cold and snowy it was and my feet were freezing. I was right at the edge of the barricade behind the stage with a close view of the ball. I remember cheering near the news cameras a couple times.... I keep searching for footage to see if I can find myself. 14 years and still never found anything.

I like how Ryan Seacrest has been given more face time in recent years as he prepares to take over when Clark eventually hands over the show to him in the future. Happy New Year to everyone.
This particular New Year’s Eve celebration marked the end of an era. From that point on moving forward, the internet was no longer optional, it was quickly becoming mandatory for any & all things first world, & everything changed for better or for worse because of it.

Also The countdown screen, on the bottom right corner, was turning black because of confetti. It started doing that, when there was 19 seconds left. 3:34. Also, who will be watching this at the start at 2020? B) And now its June 19, 2022, and this has been the absolute worst year of my life so far. Can't wait for 2023.
