I was a volunteer on Kibbutz Ginosar in 1973, about 5 miles north of Tiberias. I worked in the banana groves. Ginosar is the home if Yigal Allon, but he didn't live there because he was in the government. But he had a house there.

Your videos are such a gift to those of us who can't come to Israel in person! I always feel like I've escaped from the tour group and taken a wonderful walk among the real Israelis. I love the street sounds and the views that I would imagine are not usually seen by tourists with a group that is on a rigid schedule. It's the next best thing to being there! I've been to Tiberias a few time during different time of the year, I see where the bread and fish story comes from drop some bread into the lake and fish due gather. I find the core of the city neglected while it seams most of the residence moved up the hill
