How to remove error 13 & 14/JACK A3

Here I’m showing how to remove error 13 and 14 from jack A3 machine..
How to solve the problem
First off the machine
Remove all connectors from back side
Open hand wheel and open control box
Open synchroniser disc cover
And clean synchroniser disc by air
And clean synchroniser disc with soft cotton fabric as I’m showing in my video...
After that fix all parts and accessories as proper...that’s it...

Error 14 ata hai.or thora 3 mint k band hota hai.or error 14.

First open control box
And clean synchroniser disc by air or a cotton fabric
And connect all wire as well...

Sir please check motor connection is connected as well..?, And check motor encoder and wire is proper,...and clean dust from encoder..
