So, why is the app and connectivity not available in Australia? My wife bought the Cupra Born two months ago, fully expecting to have this connectivity, especially as we have had the brilliant Tesla app for over four years. Imagine our surprise, after purchasing the car, when we could not download the app. After contacting Cupra we were informed that the app is not available in Australia. A pity they didn’t explain that before we paid! Not happy.
