- Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Corporate Chef demonstrating the speed, control, and power of a Wolf Induction Cooktop. Cooktops are available in 15", 24", 30", and 36" sizes. They are also available in 30" and 36" Wolf ranges. Induction works by creating heat through magnetism so a compatible pot or pan will be needed. The quick test is to try sticking a magnet to the outside bottom of the cooking vessel - if it sticks, it will work on induction. Induction is a flameless form of cooking so it is very safe and the most child-friendly. It is also the fastest and most energy efficient way to cook. Since the top is a strong glass, clean up is little more than wiping clean with a towel.
Here, the chef prepares salmon for a delicious salad.
ASMR.
Salmon with the mist of Windex must be delicious ;-)
😂
Nice presentation. Take care when spraying cleaning chemicals near food items.
I'm not of fan of Windex on ceramic glass cooktops👎🏾.
Please use the appropriate ceramic cooktop cleaners. They usually pack a sample bottle with every stove/cooktop.
The cleaner resembles soft scrub or a thick lotion which benefits and preserves the glass surface far greater than Windex.
Btw, that Salmon & salad looked DIVINE!
Salmon and salad that got misted by the windex 🤨

I have just changed my gas hob to induction and looking forward to pan seared salmon. Out of curiosity what brand of pans are you using in this video?

Never place an empty pan on an induction burner! Amateur-hour. Wow
Does it work with wet and greasy fingers ?
It is sort of similar to using a smart phone. You can use wet/dirty fingers, but you'll just have to wipe/clean it later.
That is not wolf induction, I have one 36” does not look like that at all, it’s only good for boiling water, mine burners the pan before anything is fried, my thanksgiving dinner is ruined, no big pot or pan works on the burners id you have dinner parties more than 6 people, you are in trouble
This is a Wolf 15" induction in this video which carries the last-gen design.
The new gen 30" and 36" cooktops look different - slightly different color, totally new interface, new features, etc. The new gen Wolf induction CTs launched in the second half of 2023.
Remember, it only takes a short amount of time to reach temperature with induction. It is very fast. So start at a lower setting then increase slowly until you get a feel for it. High quality cooking vessels will probably yield better results too.
Mine nothing works like the videos I saw, very disappointed
