In many ways...for far too long...spirituality has been, partially, in a world of denial, 'love and light' and of 'bypass.' I am so glad that there is a more wholistic approach to what is Reality.

Thank you for your insight. For thousands of years Japan has not had a culture of individualism like we have in the West. So, yes, they evolved LONG ago to respect each other and another person’s property. We Westerners need to get back to relying on each other rather than doing everything ALONE.
Thank you for such a great interview. Jeffrey jogged a memory I, too, had from junior high, about intuition. I had no clue it wasn't something fully operational in everyone until I walked in a classroom where a friend of mine stated openly, in front of *everyone,* that "I (me) had the ability to 'get' whatever I wanted!" I was an incredibly shy 7th grader so this was a shock and I was embarrassed, to say the least. It wasn't until later I realized that to which she was referring. Thanks again...Jeffrey is a gift.

I tested positive on covid on monday and after a day of frustration and sadness and a couple of days of really being sick, I changed my mind/heart (?) to use this quarantaine to take the time to reconnect with myself. And it has been such a wonderfull journey this past few days through listening to podcasts and online masterclasses. That's how I came across Jeffrey Alan and his work and want to hear more from him. WOW if I could just meet this spirit mind man I feel compelled to meet him- he just repeated at the end what I said to myself today balling my eyes out.... bc I often have the feeling of things that are going to happen before they do- I’ve always been intuitive since I was a baby and I knew I was going to run into an energy of rejection today from my counselor and I did. It effected me deeply because I’ve had this feeling -it feels like lifetimes of trauma and she did. I really opened myself to her and that’s extremely hard for me to do- it’s a cycle and it takes me into a dangerous neighborhood- my mind. I called a good friend to process my feelings and then she started to what felt like minimize my pain and then she said well what do you need? I said “I don’t know?! I’m just so hurt it’s this energy that is stalking me right now- I feel oppressed like my emotions just runaway from me or I burry them so deep and I know I should be somewhere else but I’m not- nothing I do is good enough - I’m not where I’m supposed to be!” Like a child you doesn’t know they are tired or hungry and then I went upstairs cried some more and fell asleep. Then I ate and watched this video from a year ago. I should of been here a year ago that’s how I feel. ✨

I think I finally have a good definition supplied by Jeffrey. What Tibetan Dzogchenpa are saying about being in the natural state. It's the present, non thinking mind. Not sure why it took him to make me realize, that's what they mean, by, nothing to accept. Nothing to reject. Just presence. Anybody else agree??

Wow, this is really what I needed to hear right now. Such a gift! Thank you for this! I tested positive on covid on monday and after a day of frustration and sadness and a couple of days of really being sick, I changed my mind/heart (?) to use this quarantaine to take the time to reconnect with myself. And it has been such a wonderfull journey this past few days through listening to podcasts and online masterclasses. That's how I came across Jeffrey Alan and his work and want to hear more from him. And from there I discovered this interview on youtube and it felt like such a blessing for me. I was totally caught up in your conversation for the whole 1u33min. So much valuable lessons. Thanks again for sharing this! I definitely rewatch it again (and again maybe ;-) ) and I shared it already with my brother who is also on the same growthpath like me. Wow, I feel so much energy again right now.

WOW if I could just meet this spirit mind man I feel compelled to meet him- he just repeated at the end what I said to myself today balling my eyes out.... bc I often have the feeling of things that are going to happen before they do- I’ve always been intuitive since I was a baby and I knew I was going to run into an energy of rejection today from my counselor and I did. It effected me deeply because I’ve had this feeling -it feels like lifetimes of trauma and she did. I really opened myself to her and that’s extremely hard for me to do- it’s a cycle and it takes me into a dangerous neighborhood- my mind. I called a good friend to process my feelings and then she started to what felt like minimize my pain and then she said well what do you need? I said “I don’t know?! I’m just so hurt it’s this energy that is stalking me right now- I feel oppressed like my emotions just runaway from me or I burry them so deep and I know I should be somewhere else but I’m not- nothing I do is good enough - I’m not where I’m supposed to be!” Like a child you doesn’t know they are tired or hungry and then I went upstairs cried some more and fell asleep. Then I ate and watched this video from a year ago. I should of been here a year ago that’s how I feel. ✨
