First time here, came from Starsky’s stream.
Driving a Landy of any type, especially a Snatch, takes a little time to get comfortable.
They’re not really like a car at all, you’ll get used to it with practice.
Rick, yes, I get it and thank you for your openness and your honesty.
It’s absolutely true that you only get out of life what you put in and that is true for everyone, but a lot of people never come to understand it.
It’s about honour, honesty, integrity, kindness, generosity and respect.
The rewards for living with those things in your life are more than worth it.
Don’t forget to be kind to yourself a little along the way, you are allowed to you know.
What you’re doing for everyone is beyond great, even when you’re singing.😁
Take good care of yourself and your mates.
Stay safe and well.
Slava Ukraini!🇬🇧🤝🇺🇦
Dear Rick. It was so special to join you on your journey..🥹 I also think Floki came into your life for a reason, and the love she gave you in her short life will forever have a deeper meaning for you. Take care on your travels
Two handsome vehicles and two handsome drivers - wonderful 💙💛 I cannot thank you enough for everything you, Greg and Zhenya do for Ukraine 💙💛 Дуже дякую 💙💛
For Rick, an active and caring citizen of Ukraine 🇺🇦! Loved hearing about your beloved Floki!
I am so sorry you lost your Floki. We lost our Laban this spring. But only my brain accept the loss. In our hearts, our souls they are always there, giving us love forever. Take care and be well. Ukraine are fighting the most important fight. For us all. I worry about you but am also very proud! What a people! 🌻🌹❤️🖤🌹🌻
Sounds like Flocki taught you much
What an amazing ride with you, Rick! It was a real honor to be able to ride and roll along with you! I wish you could talk to us the whole ride long- Especially if it helps you stay awake! If you're able, please do make more videos in the future. 💙🤩💪🏼
I really respect the job you're doing! Дуже дякую, thank you very much for helping us understand what it's like! It sounds like you had many steep hills & sharp turns. I have astigmatism, so when I drive at night the oncoming traffic lights really hurt my eyes, especially if the people have their brights on! And even when they don't, the light often distorts and many rays of light multiply outwards, Obscuring much of the window & road ahead of me, so that I must look away to the right side & white line painted there. When I lived on dirt/gravel roads in the country, I just had to look for where the flat road stopped and the plants begin growing up from the ditch. We must avoid that ditch at all cost, right? I have heard some people describe Ukraine as being a flat plain or plateau, but everything I'm seeing from drivers like you and others shows us that much of Ukraine is hilly. Even in the city of Kyiv it's hilly.
I really appreciate everything you shared with us during this drive! I'm so glad you did have Floki in your life! It's amazing how the love of others can change us for the better! That gives me a lot of hope. ♥️🫂
Thanks Rick for everything you are doing, that we cannot do! I am so glad you were able to go on this trip! Many times I have been singing at night on long road trips, and it's enjoyable to hear you doing the same. Peace, love safety and joy to you! 😍🫱🏽🫲🏼🇺🇦💪🏼🌻✌🏼💙🙏🏼💛🖖🏼⛑️🛼
Thank you for sharing your vulnerability, wisdom, and courage with us Rick. You are epic. Slava Ukraine!!!!!!!!! 💙💛
Please take care, dear 🙏 💙💛
We love you, Rick. Please always remember that.
Aww Rick that made me cry talking about Floki 😢it's good to share your thoughts!!!!Thanks for all you do stay safe🇺🇦💙💛
Watching from from Greenville, Pa
Oh so Rick in the lead now off roaming with the snatch
Its a deep conversation. Thanks for sharing
@Rick the Ukrainian i'm late to the show but for 3rd and fourth gears try "Blipping" the throttle as you change gear , it shough help the synchro mesh
You are a true warrior Rick. Don't forget that.
Rick this was an awesome video to watch! I'm night blind too, I felt your struggle! Thank You again for taking us along, and Thank You even more for doing that run ❤
Good job, thanks for sharing 😁🫶
Awesome.
Nice to see these being delivered by people that are actually spending their time doing highly useful, important things. I heard the enforceskin grifted for a couple weeks to pay for their vacation, yet the drone they stole money for still hasn't made it into Ukraine after 2 plus years. Stay safe guys.
Those Snatches are awesome. Great thoughts from Rick. He has learned and shares it with this community, and that is a wonderful reason to watch, follow, and share these videos! 🫂❤
I love driven snatches..
Thank you for bringing us along on the delivery of the snatches.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Rick! Have a great rest of your trip! 🇺🇦💛💙
Hi NHill & Thanks for the Stream Rick … 💙💛💙
@@mike4480 Hi Mike!
God bless
Seeing you driving this epic vehicle (or at least hearing you!) is awesome.
I really enjoyed this video. What an adventure; I love a night drive. Opposing traffic headlights always bothered me too. You are making memories to last a lifetime. Enjoy!
Rick this was a touching video. You know we love you! 💙💛
I think you had fun driving!
Rick you're in a 4 tonne landy , you hit any other cars you'll be fine but they certainly wont 😂
Thank you for the vid! Slava Ukraini!
Already donated to the NAFO campaign for 2 patches and MAN Rick good for you no way I would drive that beast at night - pushed by Greg to go faster driving from the opposite side with glass you can't see properly through and gears that don't want to cooperate. Good thing you could drive stick. MASSIVE respect. And nice to roll with you
Finally got to watch this and it makes me so happy to see that being pissed at third gear is universal hahahaha. I always forget UA uses KM and not MPH for some reason, so impressed with the skill here - that's my brother from another mother, heck yeah legendary stuff 😎
Pedal to the metal is the phrase.

Rollin with Rick. I dont think you have taken chat driving before. Merc. has done many road trip streams
Merc's trips were from Estonia, through Poland into Kiev. These are going much closer to the frontlines.
Thanks for the wonderful video & thoughtfully honest banter with us Rick. Your vehicle sounds like a helicopter…lol! 👍🏼😁
Slava Ukraini 💪🏼🇺🇦🤝🏼🇺🇸💪🏼
42:30 I’m tapped out at the moment. I gave 90€ to The European Resilience Initiative and 90$ to see The HardKiss and an extra 160 to visit with the band with the proceeds going to Ukraine. (Where in Ukraine? I don’t know but after watching and listening for 2 1/2 years I trust them enough to use it wisely). 💙💛
I’ll be there on October 5. If you’re there say hi 🖖

I really hope you two can meet up! That would be so awesome! 💙🫡💙🌻😍
As Greg says drive the snatch don't wreck it.
Very nice, even if I don't know what is a Snatch.I saw Land Rovers, i crossed Africa with one, long time ago, fantastic vehicle but noisy ( for me was second gear)...Be strong Rick
It's a nickname for these armoured medical evacuation vehicles. I think it came from a goal 20 or 30 years ago, where they were talking about needing to snatch the wounded off the battlefield as quickly as possible? This model built by Land Rover was titled "Defender" by the builders.
@@SalyLuz-hc6heOoooh thank you Saly, like in " a mission to snatch Winston Churchill " I remember the "defender" model..Hugs
Are those real bullets in the bullet clock Rick? If so may have trouble getting it shipped to certain countries.
Now they are just empty shells and half of a shell at that. It's a form of recycling, and it doesn't include anything that could be used as a weapon anymore.
My Ukrainian boss showed up in a 18 wheel truck. I asked if he learned to drive in Ukraine and he said no he learned to drive in Canada.
Sounds like you're in the wrong gear
🇺🇦🌻😉🇦🇺
hi
I will have to watch this after, I finally have my first job trial shift in the morning and this will start at 4am for me - fingers crossed guys, send me all your positive vibes for job stability and good money so I can finally get to Ukraine and start making the rest of my goals happen - I'll watch this either on my way to work or after! Proud as heck of the Roller Family - keep donating, it's so great to see what we achieve together
Good luck! 💙💛
Positive Vibes on the way✨💙👍
