holy crap! you save me so much money. thank you. T-Mobile personnel try to give me the run around to get a new phone. smh. They to me that I had to wait till the battery drain to charge the phone enough to turn it on again to see if it freezes again I start up.

Thank you sooooo much.. phone battery went to 0.. was stuck in Maximum Power Saving Mode and I couldn't get any response from it. The Vol Down and Power Key gave the main menu and Normal Boot brought it back.. again.. thanks nmuch..

Brilliant, my first thought was to take the battery out then once I realised I couldn't I wondered if there was anyway I could unstick the screen and this worked perfectly and I now know what to do if it happens again :))

dude u saved my life, my phone was stuck on that booting screen and I didnt knew what I should do .. my stupid brother and a samsung shop nearby told me to get a new firmware update but I just opened the playstore like 40 times and it didn´t opened I restartet the phone and it was stuck on that booting screen i restartet the phone and got to the recovery mode (vol. up power and home after restart) and wiped my cache and rebootet it again . and hell yes it works just as new. LIKED
