Instructions
When you've got them both, extract the file you have, and simply open the trainer whilst your game is running, be warned, THIS IS BANNABLE, if I was you I'd be tempted to download a copy of Dying Light from a torrent site & run it offline, or just simple run it offline in steam mode.
