they really should've made this event permanent. i dont even care about the rewards, i just want to see him lol and it feels like an important part of the main story...
This event was actually really important especially after playing Inazuma. You see him here and he mention a guy name instead of the Tsaritsa, so for this event we know he work with/for someone else who isn't the Tsaritsa (assuming it's not another Harbinger) then we see him at Inazuma and once again they do the event regarding Scaramouche escaping with the Gnosis a time limited event, maybe this event isn't necessary because you will eventually find out more about him but the fact that he ESCAPED with the Gnosis and betrayed the Tsaritsa was so important Lore wise and for some players that didn't even happen. Plus that event implied that he betrayed her because he's working with the guy mentioned in the first event Scaramouche appeared. To me who couldn't take part in neither one of the two events Scaramouche didn't took a meteorite for a guy who isn't the Tsaritsa and he never betrayed the Tsaritsa probably for the same guy of the meteorite. To some people this isn't even Canon because it never happened and that's because they put important Lore wise story as time limited events.
I just thought of that one image where the kid asks if they could have Scaramouche, but the mom said, "We have a Scaramoche at home" and it was Xingqiu underneath a huge umbrella that made it look like he's wearing a hat.

I liked his line delivery in Inazuma but here it felt kinda awkward, at least compared to the JP VA. Then again I feel that way about a lot of English VA’s, so maybe I’m just allergic or something.

So at bare minimum that means that there is 1 banner short. If there are 5 5 stars we miss one to complete the 2 banner per update. This could mean 1 surprise character is left. Probably someone who is important in a later part of the story and will only show themselves then. If the fatui still need to steal from Baal this could mean that 1 new fatui character will get released at the end. Maybe in a plottwist way, there are theories about Scaramouche's relation to Baal too. Besides that they might wanna release 1 more new male character because they have only shown 2 new ones, of which 1 is probably a 4 star and the other ?Star. So i reaally hope this means Scaramouche still has a chance. Of course this is just my own speculation, but one can hope.

Coming back here from 3.3. archon quest, it's really noticeable how his voice changed from when he was first introduced (generally higher pitched) than how he ended up as a playable character (has a deeper pitch). T^T I like the higher pitch playful one more...
He became more calm, genuine, and resigned...he's turned over a new leaf in his way, so I find the deeper voice fits his new self. But his high pitched voice still slips out at times ^^
