I'm sure there are worse examples of this but Undertale Yellow very much did have attacks with Fangame Syndrome I played Undertale Yellow Together with a friend as my first playthrough of any Undertale fangame, and both of us complained about several different attacks being "just guess where to be, idiot" because the telegraph was so fast as to be unreactable. It was genuinely easier to dodge most of genocide Ceroba's attacks than some of the regular enemy attacks on account of the fact that they telegraphed where they would come from half a second in advance and just required precision to dodge rather than Spidey Sense.
