Also, the only coffees that taste bitter or burnt are dark or medium roast. The darker the roast, the less caffeine. A "light " roast coffee will have a mild flavor but more caffeine as the bean is not roasted as long. Starbuck's light roast is their "blonde roast." I’m not sure if your location is the same way but I don’t think the pumpkin spice is as good at my local Starbucks this year. It tastes more artificial or something but I had to ask them to make me a different drink because it just wasn’t the same 😢
@laurenb7236 I've just been doing a brown sugar shaken espresso with 6 pumps brown sugar and 3 pumps pumpkin, and from just that I haven't noticed a weird taste I plan on getting a full on PSL sometime though, so I'll have to see what it tastes like then
