My oldest sister just died from MRSA, she was 84 years old. She was in so much pain that she had to forego hospice and had to return to the hospital for pain management where passed away a few days later.
She says everyone has it living on our skin. Then why would I catch it from another person and not myself? So confusing
Some one please help

I have oxcacillin resistance staphylococcus aureus,, please suggest any medicine
Home remedies cinnamon garlic tea tree oil.
My doctor had me on Rocephin injections along with Bactrum by mouth. It took a couple days to see improvement, but I am much better after 1 week. They can culture it to see what antibiotics it will respond to, but it takes a few days to get the culture back.
Once you get it, life is cut short
That is not always the case. It does need to be treated quickly and aggressively. My ex-husband got it after carpal tunnel surgery. I currently have it on my chin. I got bit by a bug and it got infected. They are treating it with an oral antibiotic, a cream, antibiotic, and Rocephin injections twice a day. Obviously, it is dangerous because it is highly resistant to antibiotics and can spread quickly. It must be treated quickly and aggressively to beat it.
My Dad was hospitalized in March 2024 with it, he passed away in April 2024.
@@lindaguida4074 I am so sorry for your loss! I lost my mother to lung cancer and losing someone is so difficult!! I have it now on my chin/neck and they have me on an oral antibiotic & Rocephin by injection twice a day. It advanced so fast; it is scary. It finally started improving yesterday. I am very thankful! It is very dangerous & I know it can be deadly so I feel blessed. I have lupus and I am on an immune suppressing medication so I feel very blessed that mine is getting better finally. Praise God!
