  • Do this routine every morning and/or every night, right as you wake up, or after your morning yoga or workout routine, or before you go to bed.
    You can play your own soothing music (without words), or do this in complete silence so you can really allow your unnecessary thoughts/feelings to subside.
    1. Center your mind - 2nd chakra tapping (2 inches below belly button, feel vibration inside) + shaking head side to side to relax brain stem + breathe OUT strongly to release internal pressure/stress
    2. Feel Chi/Ki Energy (magnetic/electric feeling) between your palms, feel the empty, yet full, space in between your palms. - As you breathe in, expand, as you breathe out, contract but don’t touch. - Do this in front of all your chakra points
    3. Prayer - offer your mind to Heaven/God/Universal Consciousness. Be sincere. Be humble. Feel gratitude and Love, hope and forgiveness. Prayer for your loved ones, humanity and the Earth.
