  • TBS' "People of Earth" centers on skeptical journalist Ozzie Graham (Wyatt Cenac), who investigates a support group to write about the member’s supposed alien encounters. The more he digs into their oddball claims, the more he realizes a semblance of truth to their stories and possibly even signs that point to his own alien abduction. The onetime outsider now finds himself a part of this eclectic group of misfits, all the while struggling with the idea of knowing that life could exist beyond our world. Join Gustafsson when he visits to discuss his role as Don the White. Interview at AOL HQ in NYC for BUILD Series.

    omg its so cringe because he's so funny in Sweden and we're kinda used to Björns humor but it seems like in America no one really gets it, its such a shame cause I PROMISE he's sooo funny haha

      Oh, he's my favorite character on People of Earth! Even more than Wyatt Cenac and the others - and it's a good case. He's just so sweet and funny on the show. But I had no idea who he was before this show.

    At 14:34 something happened and the comedian side of Björn suddenly woke up and the interviewer and audience couldn't stop laughing and went in shock bc it really went from 1% to 90% in just seconds

    Only seen him on people of Earth, but seems a genuine guy. Looks different that the long hair elf style character. The show is amazing, I like his good natured awkwarddiscovery he has in his voice on the show. I havent seen him do much outside this POE roll. i'll keep an eye out.

      She was probably thinking of asian style saunas. I believe it's pretty common that they include hot water springs or pools :) They're kind of different from the kind of sauna Björn was referring to.

      Not at all. Look up interviews with Aubrey Plaza, very awkward and satirical humour. I just think that Björn has a unique and very Swedish way of expressing himself. And some jokes gets lost in translation. The dirty ones seemed to work the best lol

    Im pretty sure she doesnt know what a sauna is.. Swim in s sauna? Lmao

    • @aptand
      @aptand 7 лет назад +1

      If you would speak Swedish you would know why he would make that mistake. In Swedish the act of sitting in a sauna is called "Bada bastu" which roughly means "Bath in a sauna". In some cases when in English you would say swim, you say bath in Swedish so sometimes Swedish people confuse the words Bath and Swim. "Jag tar ett bad" could for example mean "I'm having a bath" or "I'm going for a swim."
      I hope that's understandable :P

    • @MileBlas
      @MileBlas 7 лет назад +1

      Nej alltså det är programledaren som misstar sig och säger det. I slutet av hans "skämt" så säger hon "Well i think the takeaway is that its a good thing his son knew how to swim". Och när man använder ordet "swim" på sättet som hon gör så menar man bokstavligt talat simma.

    • @aptand

    When he says it is always cold, dark and rain... Not alsays. In the summer the sun never gets down at night up in the north and we have temperatures up to 34 C but normally between 22 and 30. At vinter its dark and boring but we love our summers here when we have good weather. Normally between april and october its very nice nature and temperature😊 it is also a big different between south and north of sweden

Also, her joke about the neighbours son needing to be able to swim was most likely about the fact that the father must have been very sweaty at that point.
