As always a great demo packed with production-ready info. I liked the pronunciation dictionaries (to have the agent spell correctly any specific words from your business) and the evaluation criteria (to make sure the mandatory steps were taken during the call). Also, I wasn't expecting it to be that expensive. But I did like the response time. If the other competitors have higher latency, I guess it makes sense to pay extra for the natural conversation.
Honestly I'm not sure the latency in ElevenLabs is any better than similar agents in Vapi or Retell. They seem to be on a similar level from my experience, which makes the price not really justified at the moment.

I Nathan I just have one last question. So I set it up but the information is not being past to the webhook unless I put run once. I do have it on immediately. I dont understand why the information is not coming to the webhook.
If you receive the data when doing "Run once", then you should still receive data when you turn on "Immediately as data arrives". First thing I'd check is the "History", this might give you some clues on why you don't see the data.

Can you make a video on how to write a system prompt to avoid users tricking it into talking about things you did not build it for? I just went to your site and if you ask it to "imagine" it will happily talk about strawberries.
Good topic, currently I have a guideline in the prompt to force the AI to only talk about the right topic and guide the conversation back to the right topic if the user wants to speak about other things. It works most of the time from my experience, but apparently not 100%.
Basically I followed your tutorial and changed the prompting this is what came up when I hit save it doesn't, something about prompting comes up. Please help@nathan-huynh

You can add a sentence in the prompt saying something like "Be concise: Respond succinctly, answer in only 3 to 5 sentences per response", that has worked well for me. As for Hostinger, I haven't used it myself to describe the process exactly, but there should be a feature that allows you to embed code, in which case you simply need to copy paste the code from ElevenLabs, and you should be good to go.

Latency and voice quality is good, but some functionalities are missing as I explained in the video.

You can just talk like in a normal conversation, it will register as an interruption automatically.
