It is Indefensible to continue to teach that organizations are anything less than networks embedded in networks and leaders have more value than anyone else in their organization. Leading is the emergent act of negotiating across boundaries, not some fixed identity, personality or role. Liberate both leaders and employees from tbe historic chains of entitlement.
