  • "Devprayag" means "Godly Confluence" in Sanskrit. Devprayag is a pilgrimage town in the Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers merge to form the holy river Ganga at Devprayag. The small town is situated on the route from Rishikesh to Badrinath.
