Guys i have googled this and have found that vitamin e oil or tocopheryl acetate is a very dense oil which can clog the pores of the skin making it more oily and eventually more prone to acne
U will have more acne on your face instead of having a flawless clear skin
So the remedy is a proper ratio of vitamin e and your normal oil or moisturiser
Take 10 drops of oil and 1 or 2 drops of vitamin e if u have a oily skin or acne on your face

It is great video and It is good if that suits but my skin is oily and vitamin e gives me tiny bump on skin. After that I used bioderma sebium H2O micellar water as a cleanser and toner for my skin. It help me get me not skin back.

Please guys don't use vitamin E oil directly on your face
Take 2 Vitamin E cap 400 mg and mix it with 1/2 tsp Aloevera gel and I/2 tsp of sweet Almond oil
Mix them well and apply this mixture daily at night and wash your face in the morning.
You'll get smooth and clear skin after use of a wee
I'm using it since many years.

1-vitamin E capsule + 4 to 5 drops of coconut oil +few drops of lemon.... Mix it well.....nd apply on the face at over night but during apply this pack, massage it for 5 minutes.. Nd leave it for over night... See the result within a week (apply daily). I was try this nd I m so happy 🤘😊
U can have reactions if u use lemon juice. Please do a patch test first.
Also , leaving lemon juice overnight is not a gud idea as it is acidic, especially to people with sensitive skin so I won't recommend this.
Yeah! U r right lemon is not beneficial for sensitive skin, I have also sensitive skin but it works I don't have any kind of problem regarding skin after using this because I m added coconut oil with few drops of lemon juice that's why I can't react on the face as u thinking

Vitamin e capsules are highly viscous. Its really doesnt make sense to apply only oil to face. And plus again using it after toner. One can mix vitamin e capsules in your aloe vera gel.. before cleansing skin with facewash. .. and since it is highly viscous apply this in night.

Never ever use vitamin e capaule for face coz i got bumps on my face when i used.. And my dermatologist went crazy when i told him i used it.
He told me not to use capsules coz its meant for consumption only.
And he suggested vit c and e creams or serums to use on face.
