Okay these are the last themes left for SNES Remixes for DK Land Music Main Theme Menagerie Jungle Jaunt (I know the beginning is simple but the music itself is a slightly different and a different speed and tempo) Gangplank Galleon Ahoy! Aquatic Ambience (I know the beginning is simple but the music itself is a slightly different and a different speed and tempo) Oil Drum Slum (This was K Rools original theme but the team and went to use the original boss theme but compared Skyscraper it sounded more complete I leave that one up to you mate)
From the start, I decided not to do song that were to similar to their SNES counterparts, so that rules out Jungle jaunt and Aquatic ambiance. I also decided not to do the scrapped songs, Oil drum slum and Sky high caper. I was going to do Gangplank Galleon, but I found that someone else on yt already did it, and I think it sounds pretty good. Since the whole reason I made these was to just find out what they would sound like, I really have no reason to do that one now. And I was working on the main theme for a little bit, but then I just didn't. Just lost interest I guess. I might finish it one day, but I'm in no rush. So yeah, I think I'll eventually start Treetop rock from GBC, and that might be it from these two games. But I also had the idea of doing some Tropical freeze songs, and there's one from DKC3 on GBA that I might do. It'd also be cool to do Jungle challenge from Yooka Laylee. But my time is short as usual, so it will probably be a while.
@@SnizzLamontYoshiKid Pretty late answer, but the DKL3 variant of Northern Kremisphere is actually the Krematoa Theme from DKC3. It only sounds more upbeat and a bit different, because of the GB sound limitations.
Technically, there never was an official name. Also, did anyone read the instruction manual for this game and get confused when the stage called "Construction Site Fight" had balloons in it, and the one called "Balloon Barrage" was on a construction site, and had nothing to do with balloons?
I recall the manual (or maybe the player's guide?) for DK64 had a footnote on one page from Cranky Kong that made a reference to Great Girder Grapple and I always thought it was a made up name 😅
I'd love to see Northern Kremisphere and Treetop Tumble from the GBA port SNES styled.

Why not do Donkey Kong Land 3 Northern Kremisphere in the SNES remake? I want to here what it's like in that version!

surprisingly nobody had actually remixed the unused songs from the game, so it would be nice to hear them in a snes soundfont.
Can really hear the Battletoads in this one
Fun Fact Both Made By RareWare.
@@ShaunMoore no shit
This version is great.
kinda reminds me gravity falls opening theme
Everyone loves Kremlantis and the Acid Punk Boss theme.... but is this the most underrated theme from DKL? It might be
You probably should have used a more accurate MIDI of the theme. This was a highly inaccurate MIDI I made in about 2002.
I must say, though, that I like the pitch of your MIDI much better than the one from the original game, because it sounds much more upbeat.
pretty good in my opinion
Hey sound like is donkey kong land construction site fight GB most amazing and snes donkey kong country series style.
also i think the songs "official" name is construction site fight

@@scmtuk3662 Must've been a mistranslation error or the names got mixed up.
@@therollingcreeper1 "Mistranslation"? The game is British. How do you mistranslate English into English?
@@scmtuk3662So most likely they got the names mixed up.
