Basically , puepuerium the postnatal period beginning immediately after the birth of a child and extending for about six weeks. During this period the body tissues, in particular the genital and the pelvic organs, return to the condition in to pre-pregnancy state of the women. This post delivery period of change continues till about 6 weeks (42 days) from delivery to normal, traditionally the concept of 40 days (or ‘sava mahina’) of post-partum confinement was and often still is, the rule in most Indian homes. Your friend is right vidhi... Puerperium is state after delivery(approx of 6 weeks duration) during which the reproductive organs come back to their pre pregnant state. The discharge that you are talking about is called as LOCHIA (rubra, serosa and alba).

Finally the two boys are here 😊 but simultaneously I feel sad for Vidhi for not getting government college even though she was too close, she is so great even after all these she is still so happy 😊 amazing, if I were her I would definitely have gone crazy
It's not that Vidhi didn't get any government college. She would have easily got govt. colleges outside Delhi. She wanted to stay in Delhi (home state) and thus she chose Hamdard, one of the best private colleges for MBBS and *THE* top institute for Pharma in entire country, competing even with institutes like AIIMS.

hii vidhi i just wnt a advice from uh i m a 23 year old and wnt to appear for neet like its my 4th attempt and i m confused if i will join mbbs at this age is it worth for me becoz its an long journey but its my dream also and i m very confuse that i should go for another path or i will just give one last chance to myself
Try another year only if u believe u can drastically improve ur preparation style. If not, then go for something else and try and do ur best in that field

Age doent matter ...
No age is old. I am 38 and many times think about going to med school after a few years (maybe when I am 45) as I find medicine interesting. I didn't even have biology in 12th (had PCM). I once met a guy who started MBBS at 28 (he went to Ukraine) and told me that in his class there was a 55 year lady from Iraq who started first year. At 23, you are still a baby, (considering the long life you have ahead). The only thing is, you should be really passionate about medicine and not doing it just for the sake of it. Getting into a medical college is one thing and going through the long grind of becoming a doctor (and then working as a doctor) is another. All the best!
