I drove down from London to Brighton that day, and to say I was amazed at the number of police, both in cars, on bikes and in vans was astronomical, I had a 15k motorcycle stolen, but the police couldn't investigate because they were so short staffed. Utter wankers.

Given the massively over the top police operation, that is both deliberately over bearing and provocative a lot of the club members chose to stay on the run site and have some beers in the sunshine! And you can't blame them because the coppers escorted us to a fenced off building site at the very furthest end of Madeira drive, a couple of miles away from town, a bloody long walk from anything!

robert watson yes it was on for for three days some went on bikes for one day rode home then took their cars coz for some it’s a long way and it’s more comfortable in the car with four brothers sharing petrol
