Great tv. Picture out of the box is perfect especially if you use cable tv box and watch normal SDR channels via HDMI. I have 43" version and i don't use Netflix, Rakuten, HBO or any other apps. I just need good tv. And small suggestion, don't mess too much with picture adjusments for SDR.
Looks like there is a pixel cross hatching effect in current VA panel. It's when a half of pixels are off gives overall bad contrast. Could you confirm that issue exists or not? Although, nice TV with right price per built and picture quality.
Exactly. The contrast is terrible. I really proved myself when I bought this TV. When it's dark, no matter how good the shot is, the contrast is terrible. When they are lighter in color it is somewhat ok. No more VA panels. Honestly, I didn't even look at the panel when I bought it, I thought it was all the same.

Well, keep in mind that this a low range TV and although the HDR is acceptable, you'll maybe be dissapointed. But if you have a short budget, in my view is a great TV, specially in 50" that has a VA panel, in 55" is IPS. It's not a big difference, but can notice a little better performance in the Samsung specially in first-person shooter games.

@@NooOooOooOooooooo0 I'm sorry to say that i can't really help you that much. I was gonna get a samsung, but i found out it's only capable of 50hz. That's probably why it was cheap. I'm not sure what to get now though
Is this Tv better than the Samsung TU8000 series in picture quality?
It depends on the size, because the panel can be IPS or VA. But in general, I prefer this Philips, specially with HDR contents.
@@TVHiFiProinEnglish Thanks. I also wanted to ask which Sizes of the PUS 7805 have an VA Panel?
50, 58 and 70 inches. The rest comes with an IPS panel.
I just wonder, does this tv has a game mode similar to samsung tu7000/8000 series to minimize input lag?
I am wondering the same, I’ve read a few reviews saying input lag is 30ms but some are saying 20ms and it’s great play, I’m worried the hdr game mode won’t be as bright as Samsung?
But really fell in love with the Ambilights! But I would choose the better game play over this, maybe I can fix my own lights haha!
@@thequeenx4807 I just made a choice I will buy Samsung 50 inch TU7092, the picture is better and game mode input lag is only 10ms,yes its a bit expensive (around 50 euros) but still the picture quality is way better.
@@INKASANT I’m still looking I have come across some good reviews for the Philip with the Ambilights and game mode is meant to be very good with minimal lag, although I do think Samsung would possibly be better for picture brightness and less lag, but the struggling between the qled and tu800 as lot of reviews of the qled for game isn’t so good but qled is better than normal led so I just can’t decide what to choose either way I’m sure it be better than my 3 year LG game mode is awful!
@@thequeenx4807 It's a tough choice, but personally I would always go with a LED for gaming, because I'm a type of guy who would leave a game on for two hours while I'm working or watching a youtube video. In the past I had a Panasonic plasma tv and LG Oled and unfortunately both had burn in, because of my gaming habits, so this time I will go with the LED and hope that it does not have any problems. If you are wondering my Panasonic plasma still have burn in of the menu screen in Max Payne 3 LOL
is it coming with Airplay for Iphon?
No, this TV doesn't support Airplay.
Got this TV, and have it has major problems with dark scenes. In dark areas you can clearly see Clipping, major blockiness and noise. Is this normal?
I notice some noise and sometimes blockniess but always on same tv channels with bad SDR source under HD or with HD content. I have 43" model with IPS panel and i really didn't notice anythig when i watch 4K content. 4K is perfect.

I’m thinking of buying this tv. Quick questions. Does this have Wi-fi built in? Also how will it run games on PlayStation 4 like call of duty ?
Hi,
Yes of course has Wi-Fi and the performance for gaming is quite good with an input lag around 20 ms if you enable the game mode.
In my opnion, it's a good TV in general considering its price. You can also check the PUS7855 / PUS7805 that comes with Ambilight and sometimes the price it doen't rise too much.
What the picture is like dotted at 0:25?
Is this TV 8 Bit or 10 Bit ?
It's a 8 bit TV
Hi playing ps5 or xbox randomly hdmi source or hdr logo appears sometimes, how to fix it?

Can you halp me? Lg 43"um7050plf or Philips 43"pus7555? Which one is batter?
In picture quaIity, I prefer the Philips PUS7555 over the LG UM7050. In smart functions is better the LG.
@@TVHiFiProinEnglish thank you for your answer. 43" or 58"pus7555? I can get both of them for the similar price? What is the better decision?

You can post a clip with Tv LED Smart PHILIPS 43PUS7556, Ultra HD 4K, HDR?
?
Is 50PUS7505 good? Doesn't have Ambilight right?
Hi,
Yes is a good TV regarding to value for price. It doesn't have Ambilight. You have to raise to the next model, the PUS7805 to get it,
@@TVHiFiProinEnglish Is the anbilight the only difrenc?
how does this compare to a used panasonic tx50bl6y?
That TV was released seven years ago. I still have a 32B6. It depends on what you watch, if you only watch content in HD I maybe keep the Panasonic. But if you watch 4K content, play videogames, etc the Philips is definitely better.
@@TVHiFiProinEnglish I bought the panasonic as used for 224€ havn't received it yet, but now I'm wondering when I can get a new philips for like 100€ more, but I was looking and the panasonic was pretty expensive back in the day compared to the cheap philips now. I thought an older more expensive panasonic tv would be better? New panasonics seems more expensive/better today also? Did I make a mistake by buying the used panasonic for 100 less? I only watch like 1080 because honestly my internet is bad like 50 mbs but only getting like 20mb so 720-1080 is the max I can watch. I also have an android tv box with android 10 so no need for a newer smart tv I figured?
Why is the grid on picture seen at 00:25?
is it good for playstation 4 or 5?
Not bad, but if you're looking for a TV exclusively for gaming, I'd buy the Samsung AU7100 or LG UP7500, due to both have a lower input lag and some other gaming features.
Is it possible to download extra Apps?
No it isn't. You can only download the apps available. Very few to be honest.
Hi, does this have 50 or 100hz panel?
It's 50 Hz
Tu8500 panel va vs Pus7555?
Does this tv have ambilights?
No it doesn't. If you are interested in Ambilight, you have have to go for the upper model, the PUS7855
Tge only way to get alexa on 58PUS7505 is amazon fire stick?
This TV supports Alexa, but it doesn't come with a remote with voice control. You can use Alexa through the app on your smartphone.
But to be honest I haven't tested that function.
does it have Ambilight?
No it doesn't. You should rise to the PUS7805 / PUS7855.
Can you get disney+ and spotify on it?
No you can't. You need to add a Fire TV or an Android Box.
Is it worth copying their settings?
Yes for me
is it hbogo supported?
No it isn't. You'd need an Android TV Box or a Fire TV
Will it run the xbox series x at 120 fps?
No it won't, only at 60 Hz
When playing ps5 games it randomly flashs hdim in top corner very off-putting in fps tried eveything and can not stop it all ideas anyone
Have you solved this issue ? How does the TV perform in games ?
@@AmazikGezk not yet iv sent logs in but am still awaiting a fix from them
Is it good for ps4 pro ?
Well, is a basic TV with essential features. The input lag is low if you enable the Game Mode, but it doesn't have extra features for gaming like VRR, ALLM or HDMI 2.1.
Does this tv supports 1080p@120?
No it doesn't, only up to 60 Hz
In the video he said it does not include hdmi 2.0 but was that just a mistake did he mean it doesn’t come with hdmi 2.1 or r my ears really bad lol
There was an error when it was recorded. It certainly has HDMI 2.0 like all TV's nowadays, but not HDMI 2.1, which is reserved to more expensive TV's.
