I have seen this pop up a few times now! I am genuinely curious as to why clicking the skills is a bad thing. It is just how I have played the game since I started

@@stealthymage2821 Hotkeys are faster and more reliable for most people, but there's nothing inherently bad about clicking if you're still doing your rotation fine. Some people just can't handle seeing other people do things differently.

Mainly you'll find it's a lot slower and harder to look at skills to click than to use keyboard commands. Having an MMO mouse helps with number keys where the thumb is, allowing for a lot more fluidity of action, bout using the keyboard is fine also. A lot of deaths could have perhaps been avoided through having more control with positioning, which you can't do with your mouse if you are also trying to click skills.

@@stealthymage2821 Its an uptime issue mostly, number one advice is to always keep the GCD rolling clickers often "clip" their GCD, it can be difficult to weave as well as do your rotation optimally this way. If you're looking to get into harder content possibly look up some guides for your class or look into other players UI and try to learn a good setup that is comfortable for you, there are a lot of good public information out there such as on the balance. otherwise, if you're just doing casual content have fun and do whatever you are most comfortable with.
