- This is the same witch that has been featured on this channel a couple times before. It was mentioned in the previous video that the board was unfortunately malfunctioning. I see you were working on a head dropping reaper. He’s pretty easy to fix, I had to replace the gear in the mouth and head dropping cause they both split when I tested it for the first time ever since it was new in the box

My circuit board is fried. Can I take all the components off the old board and solder them onto a new board for a prop to work again?

Great job, I have one that doesn't work. When you switch it on, speaker clicks but nothing else happens.
She's awesome. I just got one missing the Cauldron, so I made a Cauldron. Looks amazing! (Vid on my YT if want to see and use). Yours has much better arm movement.... I may need to check mine!
I know its a while since you posted this. I have the same witch and after many years of great memories this year the jaw stopped moving, head doesnt move and cauldron spins without the stick. If I remove the head the neck of the base does do the movements tho. Do you know if it is the gears that are worn out? Im very handy and would really be interested in knowing where you bought the parts from and if you took pics while restoring yours. That would be a great help. Thanks
My Gemmy Head is not working and things are just rattling around in there!! OK, I tried to fix it (the mouth stopped working). Now, it’s a mess! Nothing works and a piece of plastic fell out! 😳🥴. Any suggestions?

Hello! I need some advice about working on circuit boards. I have an electronic snow globe that I accidentally plugged an overpowered outlet into and I think I fired something on the circuit board. I'm trying to figure out what I might have fried on there (whether it is a resistor, capacitor, etc that I need to replace). I know how to solder and I have a multimeter to test everything with but I need advice as to where to start or what to look for as I've never dealt with circuit boards before and I want to practice fixing them. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Do you have the schematics for the head and jaw? Our movers ripped the head off and there is an exposed resistor. not sure what wire it goes to. Power wires ripped out at well.
I have this witch , She works , I have one problem, when I moved the plug in for the Cauldron was lost. I was just hoping you could tell me hopefully where I can find another one of those ? That's the only thing I need , then that will work. Thank You

@The Gemmy Fan I might get the green version of this cauldron witch for 200. But she doesn't sway side to side and her head doesn't rock up and down. Do you know the problem?
@@2SpiritPro really? I just bought one for $175 and the head didn’t move and neither did the cauldron but I got her fully working
Working on the witch now. Original head got crushed. I had this witch before I saved the head but threw the rest out I wish I never did that
I have the gemmy wanda witch on a broom, can't seem to figure out why her face doesn't animated (mouth isnt moving and eyes aren't lighting up) - all is fine with the gears - Its almost like her head isnt getting any power - any suggestions on what to try next?
Could be a connection issue in the neck that connects to the head when you put the head on. They sometimes go bad, if it's power seems to be to low. Then maybe the adapter you are using is too low unless it's the one that it came with

Rosemary Morris check for tangled wires or any blockages under the dress that’s a common problem

I used a stick then upgrade short broom handle and sprayed it black
