You could have properly layered the winding. That way the rotor will have better balance and the coil becomes more durable.

Videos like this are many, and no one talks about that the operating blades in this development or upgrade for this motor that are damaged or melt due to the high ampere required by the diameter of the coiled wire in the heart of the motor, then find the solution is to upgrade also required to replace the blades with carbon charcoal as well as need high volt No less than 9 volts, maybe more, and this is not just a traditional video, like all those who preceded you in showing their videos. I am using 25 gauge copper wire on its motor and the turn of each plates is 60 but the motor dose't work
Please tell me what's your wire gauge and am i using 34 gauge wire in its motor...? And whats its turn of each plates
I have used 0.45mm wire with 60 turns each pole.
If it runs without backcover and brushes, then your winding must be fine, Check if your brushes are shorted or brushes are shorting with main body, or try changing brushes.

explain how you calculated the number of turns per 1 lamella?
I kept in mind the area to be wound and wire diameter, so that the wire doesn't go out of the pole.
You don't have patience to remove the copper instead of cutting😂

Yes you can, but voltage above 15V can burn the brushes due to high current drawn by the coil.

Use a supply with a higher ampere, or you can add a ceramic capacitor in parallel to the motor.

To have the same velocity and force using 5v charger,how can i do?
Mine didnt work after i connect the battery opportunity polarity..it only spin positive to positive.. negative to negative..if i connect opposite..it didn't spin
You can do this, but at the cost of making it lower torque as well.

If we take 1mm copper wire for winding then what happens to the motor speed and Torque
There are 2 cases
First, the 1mm wire will have less resistance & will draw more current, which can burns the brushes which are thinner than 1mm.
Second, 1mm wire will significantly reduce the number of turns which can reduce the magnetic field.
So you have to experiment what exactly happens, if you do, do let me know.🙂✌🏻
