Like you, I have a very detailed planner that chronicles all of that. It’s truly feeling authentic and provides me a place to experience emotions...positive or negative. Yes! I have a son and daughter and my husband and daughter are just like this! A little hope...she's 21 now and yes they still butt heads but she depends on him for a lot! Hang in there! And Yes! Everyone needs a little extra support from a therapist once in a while. Thanks for sharing!!
When I took my kids fishing as kids, I bought my DSLR camera and their father's film camera. They loved fishing but when they needed a break, they loved taking photos. As young adults they still love fish and photography.

Yay another video! I love this journal so much. I am 2 weeks behind in mine lol. I have tons of stuff but just don’t feel the pages coming together. Idk 🤷♀️. You are so lucky to have a wonderful relationship with your mom and dad! My mom was my rock but passed in 2014 and my dad and I aren’t very close and it’s not my doing. It’s been that way since childhood. I love my dad. He never ever calls but I call him every Sunday and I tell him I love him. I can only control my actions. Enough of that lol. I wish I could find some old book stores that sell magazines. I have picked up a few children’s books.I am happy to hear your counseling is going well and honestly ,you sound just like me and my depression at times. Big hugs your way 🤗❤️
I love the art journal process after therapy. I started therapy a month ago and got myself a notebook to jot down my thoughts for afterwards. I think I need to incorporate some art journaling again. It is a great way to work through things. I love your little envelope with things no thinks about you. You got me thinking.

Sooooo, because of you I just HAD to get a pocket foxy fix 😆😆 you make it look SOOOO cute!! I'm not a pocket girl, but I'm gonna try it out and can't wait!! And just left Michael's and got me some stickers from shine sticker studio. I have always been a fan too 🥰 but I just had to get some new stuff 🙉. Basically you want to trim lilacs after they have bloomed, early spring and you can trim them almost to the ground, about 6 to 8 inches from the ground. If you have growth from the main branch cut those off so you can have good air flow for the next blooming cycle. Those older gardening books are like deciphering Greek lol, hopefully that helps.
I loved hearing your cats meowing on the voice over. It was funny. I know exactly how you feel with your hubby & daughter bumping heads. My oldest daughter is like that with my fiance. They bump heads all the time. Great journaling session as always. Thanks for sharing with us!

Hey Michelle, I used the Pic Stitch app and put together 4 pictures in a square and then had it printed out as a 4x4 picture at Walgreens. I made a video about how I do it!👍❤️
Omg! You fish like my Mason!!! he was in boy scouts ...maybe 7ish... I have a video... he Caught a fish...he was VERY SURPRISED... he is yelling in a slightly calm manner with a wiggling fish on the end of his fishing pole. Would not touch it and realized it might die!🤣So the yelling elevates to a low scream and his is screaming at me "get it off, get it back in the water before it dies!!!" I grabbed the fish ,took the hook out , through it back. He looked and me and said "mama you are gross! You touched a fish" 🙄🐟...🦈...🐳...🤣
