    250 g butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 bunch dill
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    For the topping:
    2 egg whites
    Toasted sesame seeds
    Here's how
    In a mixing bowl, knead together butter, egg yolks, sugar, salt, vinegar, baking powder, flour, and finely chopped dill to form the dough. Take small pieces of the ready dough and roll them into balls.
    Dip each ball first into egg whites and then into sesame seeds, placing them on a baking tray.
    Once all the dough is shaped, bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F), with both top and bottom heat, for 25 minutes.
    After baking, allow the cookies to cool before serving, letting them cool down a bit.
    With these measurements, you'll get around 80 bite-sized dill cookies. Enjoy!
