Mortal Kombat Trilogy (PS1) - August 26th 1996 Prototype Supreme Demonstration

This is a prototype of the PlayStation 1 version of Mortal Kombat Trilogy that was made on August 26th, 1996, roughly 1 and a half months before the final version was released on stores. This version has some glitched finishing moves, which are demonstrated on this video, brutalities are announced as fatalities, no music and other differences, it's fully playable.

I find it interesting how the ninjas had their distinct UMK3 voices up to that prototype. Definitely, in the final version they had to give them all the same voice (that of Nightwolf) due to memory restraints.

16:23-This makes me wonder. If every hit of a Brutality is actually being counted in the background and almost completing Raiden's inflicted 93 percent, does this mean all Brutalities are designed to be a 100% Touch Of Death combo by the game's internal logic? This would explain why Brutalities that are interrupted after the screen goes black can still be disqualified as being Brutalities. Even if you pulled off the combo to trigger the Fatality input, it's reaching the damage threshold and blowing the opponent up that makes it properly count.

I don't know why but I think ultimate mortal Kombat trilogy is better than the actual trilogy in terms of gameplay but not graphics, I never knew that a simple hack would ignore the limitations of sega genesis and just get every character from MK1 to umk3 to make them all playable and all of them have their own fatalities, animalities etc...

These Brutalities seems to be more normal, not like in the final game having lots of bones all over the floor XD
