- The Portland trials riding scene is growing fast! This past month we have connected with more riders than ever - and this is our first group ride together. You may have seen this indoor moto trials spot in a previous video - and with the motivation from all the riders together, we're finding new lines to try! Just wait until the rain stops and we can start sessioning the outdoor zones..
Lots of new bikes in this session - Travis is riding his new Jitsie Hybrid for the first time, Dan just swapped to a Jitsie frame, Kylee is trying a TMS Comp bike and Dillon has a new Hope Trials rear hub.

group rides are the best way to push yourself without pushing yourself. i progress so much more when im with someone and i feel safer than if alone riding.
I couldn't agree more! Riding alone in the warehouse can be nerve wracking for sure - happy to have a crew to ride with now!
@@SuperRiderTV I was riding alone yesterday and fell and twisted my foot and now i have a bad sprain and swelling, luckily it wasnt more serious. good timing though as the weather is terrible for atleast a week here now 🤣
Was working on the trials facility, had never seen pedal trials bikes in action before. Couldn’t believe my eyes; truly amazing! Obviously engines & suspension are very overrated! Appreciate you taking time out to help us put up the exhaust fan 👍😀😎

My mate Gary and I were discussing the differences in riding with mates as opposed to on your own and you definitely aim higher with your goals in a group and you get feedback on what they see you are doing. Plus when you stuff up it's nice to have someone laugh at you (provided you aren't hurt). Plus you can be more goofy with your mates and set fun challenges.

You guys and girls make that look way too easy, the only way to be that good is years of practice and dedication. It's so cool to watch. Your height on your side hops is insane! So cool. I am just sticking with not hurting myself for now. 😜👍
I did recently buy an SE Bikes OM Flyer 26 inch BMX which I think gives me a really cool geometry for my weight and size. I have been getting used to it and honestly compared to my Division Brookside 20 inch BMX and my Norco Ryde 26 dirt jumper, I think it is definitely a good bike for a large rider starting out. Just have to keep an eye on the crank. They're the only thing I have heard that can be a weak point on an SE Bike. I haven't really come across trials bikes here in Melbourne but I need to get my basic skills happening 1st anyway.

Such a good time at this spot, nice to have a new place to ride! Kylee is riding a TMS EVO6 competition trials bike, big change from the Inspired Flow that she has been riding!
26" TMS EVO6. It's a beautiful bike and I really like it in the MOD 20" version too.
It looks solid - I really wanted to ride it, but she’s got her brakes set up moto style 🤷🏻♂️
