This has been exceptionally informative!! There is so much variety. You can't really box up any home type in terms of size and features because they overlap. The only box you can put around courtyard villas is that they have a fence giving them a courtyard! Size, rooms, features, and price are all over the place. And they overlap with other home types. That large Alden Bungalow though, over 600k and the laundry is still in the garage! 😮
@@Robyncavallaro Can you tell me where the CV floor plans change from the original layout? We want to be near Sumter, but they all have the same layout & we like some of the newer designs better. How far from Sumter do we have to be the get more options??
In the pamphlet I got from the Villages ahead of a potential life style visit, it notes the Courtyard Villas are all "frame construction" vs block and concrete for some of the others. Is that something that really matters, other than the look. I would guess the concrete is structurally more sound and safe in the strong hurricane induced winds, but I guess I am not sure what really is the difference. Thank you for sharing your information.

Very informative tour of the courtyard villas from north to south. The straight driveways were a big improvement.
Agreed
Great vlog of a real estate educational video. I appreciate you. Thank you!

Robyn, thank you! Do you do the Lifestyle Tours?
Thanks for watching. Best of luck
Excellent video! I think the curved driveway would be hard to park your car and golf car, lol! You’re right on that one! Stay safe with the storm! 🎉🎉😊
Thanks 👍
TY for this post!! We are purchasing a CV in the Spring & moving down from Canada!!
Awesome. Let me know how I can help

You will have to look South of 44 for more variety
@@Robyncavallaro That's what I was afraid of. So, it's the few with fenced yards are the only other option I guess.
@@craigc1463 I know everyone wants to be between the sixes but you really should consider south of 44
Really enjoyed all the info on villa’s and their locations
Thanks
I really liked this episode. It would be great to see a similar one for Veranda models.

My opinion, if a tornado or very strong wind event would pass thru it will rip off the roof anyway, block and stucco or frame
Your looking beautiful today 😍
Thank you 😊
I'm so serious I promise you that 😊
You might have a stalker lol. Please be careful. As you know, real estate people can be very vulnerable to danger.
Thanks
