For the fajita, is you have a Hispanic market near you, you may be able to find the meat cheaper and fresher, or you may be able to substitute a cheaper cut of meat. I find stores like fred meyers/kroger so expensive - unless you shop the loss leaders.
I’ve never tried it personally, but maybe put parchment paper down first then cook the eggs on top of the paper it might keep them softer . ❤ your channel xo
Great ideas Kristin, I'm with you when my supermarket don't have fresh cilantro ( coriander), just a suggestion sometimes if I can't find the cilantro I used premade pico de gallo and add avocado trust me it's delicious. Typically on my street corn don't used cilantro, only butter ,cream,mayo ,lime and Valentina sauce. I will try your version looks so yummy!!! Sending Blessing to you and your family..

I have noticed that flank steak is so expensive lately! And my local Kroger didn't even have any around Father's Day. I bought some jarred cilantro based on your previous recommendation. I have a recipe for Garlic Halibut which uses one Tablespoon of fresh cilantro. I have to buy the cilantro by the bunch when fresh, and it's pricey! I've been happy with your suggestion of the dried cilantro. It makes no difference in the taste for my particular recipe.

I assume your eggs browned because of the coating (previous cooking) on your blackstone not because you’re overcooking them. I think a pan or skillet on the black stone will stop that from happening. I don’t think you’ll ever be able to get them soft on the actual blackstone surface. As in, it’s not a fault of your technique. ❤

This is what we do. Or grind it up, if you have a meat grinder, and add it in. We have done both ways. Soooo tasty.

For perfect over easy eggs, I add a bit of water to my pan and cover with a lid for a few minutes. Perfect every time, no flipping needed.

Just buy the frozen hash brown patties that are already "molded" and chop them up into chunks as they cook if you want to. They're already browned.
