But talk on maintenance of cleaning, lack of care during idle time, lack of application if standard upholstery leading to safety issues. We have to wait and see the condition of this take after one year.

Sleeper Class occupancy of 72 berths is always violated with unauthorized additional occupancy with open ticket passengers, lack of Traveling Ticket Examiners (TTEs) on board trains, coupled with open ticket issuance at Stations Current Booking with out the reason of available total Sleeper Capacity and General Class (unreserved). Urgent attention us very much required by the Railways Administration on Sleeper Class genuine travel; as the very purpose of Sleeper Class effective April 1993 is totally defeated during these last twenty years.
At this rate India will never achieve what China did in the last 2 decades. You will be shocked to look at their achievements in railways. They turned it into a dream in so short time. Here we have borrowed car design and interiors from railways in other countries but are woefully short in speed that is again because of the lousy infrastructure. In the first place, it is essential to change the way people behave and act in public - hideous spitting in the open, unabashed public littering to say a few. Swach Bharat is a great start though.
