Wow! Truly awesome! To bad so few people can appreciate this kind of... "machine?" for lack of a better word. Now a days if someone wants a smoked snack, they stop at a gas station... No one now a days has the time to really appreciate good food. They just stick anything the store has in their belly and go on with their day. That's why so many people are sick all the time. Thank you for sharing, I have your design in my head now and maybe if I live long enough I will build it, even though the next owner of my house will just tear it down... I sure wish I was 40 years younger and know what I know now.

Правильная коптильня !!! Единственное , перед тем как класть на стены утеплитель , надо было положить фольгу алюминевую .
