lara is greatest
Many compared the West Indian team of the 1970s with Steve Waughs team of Invincibles of the late 90s. I believe Australia had the edge solely because of Shane Warne. The greatest leggie of all time!
Na that west indies team was the best
Shane warne greatest???
fluke yes
Gilchrist is legend
West Indian team of 1980's was the best because their bowling and batting were the best. West Indian batsmen would have pulped Warne!
Tendulkar had done it .
I am proud💪 to be indian🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
I am a big fan of Sachin and I love and follow Sachinism.....But Brian Lara was the best that can ever happen
Great javed miandad

21:50 what a shot ! bow down.
Wrist power
People comparing slow run rate, forget that bats those days were not modern bats.
In that match windies treated our bowlers like they r bowling in nets
Waqar Yunis,Ian Bishop and Sharne warne missed this world cup due to injuries
Warne was yet to play a ODI
Desmond hyenz was so reliable to win 2 world cup to West Indies
From India🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
What A Victory
The team who lost round matches in this way and ranked very low won the world cup its unbelievable.. 🤔

I never thought Ramiz could ever score century against anybody but score a century in that wc and against West indies team of that era was real badge of honor ...there were hardly any centuries scored in that wc.
Century in 158 balls i mean wasting half of the overs😂😂😂😂
I am Indian but IAM not blame by ramiz raja kyoki us samay 100 mushkil se lagte the isliye player ki izzat kijiye na ki blame
I remember exactly where i was when i watched lara got hit on the toe.... as clear as day 26 years later.

@@snvideos8949 Dude don't reply without knowing. Tell me any match like this?
Rameez Raja was one of the slowest players in the world..:)..he was misfit for ODI cricket
In this world cup,Pakistan were in a must-win situation in their final group match against New Zealand to reach the semi final..NZ had won all their previous 7 group games and nobody gave PAK a chance.and It was Ramiz who scored 119 not out to beat NZ and help PAK reach the semi final..so it was becoz of Ramiz that PAK actually reached the semi final and then the famous victory...People remember Imran captaincy,Inzamam,Wasim Akram...but fail to remember Ramiz's century that helped PAK reach the semi final..
Brian lara
Sorry, but I watch this match live in 1992. Ramiz Raja was considered one of the attacking batsman in those times. This innings although seems slow to you but watching it live in those days "was not that slow". It was a good innings. If Pakistan had won then it would be considered man of the match effort. trust me.

@@jivlogs2177 Why trust you. We also watched the World Cup and every Tom, Dick and Harry including Tony Greig had the same remarks that with only two wickets down Pakistan should have scored 45-50 more runs and the main culprit in this case was none other than Ramiz
If Saeed Anwar would hv faced 158 balls then the score would hv been more than 300....I don't know why saeed was not playin instead of raja is dis wc
He was not fit along with Waqar Younis
Not 300 dude but atleat 190 he would have scored
Imran had dumped him. Imran always had a huge favoritism factor whether it be Mansoor Akhtar, Manzoor Elahi, Saleem Jaffer or Inzamam. Only Inzamam's case worked. Saeed was not injured but was not picked, that's why he always holds a grudge against Imran
First time I saw any westendian writhing in pain . Generally it happens with those who play against westendies.I recall this match for Akram's toe crusing yorker too.
I am still at the stadium
West Indies is a hot favorite ...Brian Lara Main Bus Stand
hey At The Toss, any chance you've got to upload Sri Lanka vs West Indies wc 1992 match that was played at Berri Oval in Australia, please let me know.
Jawed the artist....100%strike rate
strangest batting performance of all time by Pakistan (except Miandad). 8 wickets in hand but no effort made accelerate the scoring rate
Hayens and lara super
