Hey Casey, Yes there is. Do you have a website? You can set up email forwarding from any id the you create for free (example: help@ info@ sales@). Then you can forward to your free gmail. We have a video on this.

Hey, I would create forwarding emails that are connect to a few account for example sales@yourdomain.com and this goes to the sales people. Then create email groups to manage departments etc. In terms of seamless communication internally. It's best to use a tool like Slack, internal email communication is just messy and inefficient.

Both are super admins, but I can't add the "support alias" to my "joline" email. I have to do it the other way around. Hey Malisa, An alias can be used to represent differnt types of enquires. For example, sales@ help@ support@ and each of these you can manage under one email. This is also improves your professionalism.

Yes you sure can. Under accounts Admin > users > click on the picture and you should be able to change your image.
