Connect Google Bard AI to Top Google Apps - Google Bard AI Extensions

Google Bard just got a huge upgrade with Extensions.
You can now connect Google apps like RUclips, Gmail, Google Flights and Google Maps directly to Bard. You can use it to plan your trip, find helpful videos on RUclips, and connect to you own content inside of Google Drive and Gmail.
This is with a new Google Bard update called extensions.
To access bard, go to bard.google.com
Here, you’ll see a new icon on top of the page called extensions. You’ll see all available extensions here. You’ll see a toggle on top of each extension that allows you to turn them on or off. Turn on as many as you like.
Now, you can start a new chat with bard. There are two ways you can use extensions. First, you can just type in a prompt as you would usually. If an extension can be used, Bard will use it.
The other option is to type the @ symbol. Then, you can choose from a list of extensions to make sure Bard uses that extensions. This is a great way for looking up a video on RUclips for example.

I can't have access to extensions, because it's only available to "a limited group of users for testing purposes". Is it true ? How can I be part of the testing users ?

I am prompted the following:
"I can't use Google Workspace because required Gmail settings are off. Turn on these settings, then try your prompt again.
Turn on both Smart features and personalization settings
Go to Gmail settings, See all settings, turn on both settings, then scroll down and save changes"
I am not using a Google Workspace account, but a free personal one. This prompts when providing instructions to access Google Drive. Any suggestions?

But, when I clicked on the trial info from your link, it showed $19.99 a month. So, the one-time price is no longer available?

oh that's odd. I never had a one-time price. It was always a monthly subscription since launch. It must be confused with another course.

I should mention the reason why it's a subscription is because we have 10 courses and you get access to all of them and ton of downloadable PDFs and prompt list that we keep adding to. We also release 1-2 courses per month as well as a dozen ad-free tutorials and we have a private community.

Ok found it. It's a weird UX. Click on the gear icon for settings, then click "Your public links", then click on "Chat with Bard" and it should come up. This must be a bug or something because it makes no sense.
