Hi guys, nice vlog, I don’t know how far along you are in relation to this vlog, I have a kitchen that overhangs the step, I built the kitchen in 2 sections, 1st section along the wall, fixed to the floor and the wall, and a second module that covers part of the sliding door that overhangs the step, fixed to the floor and the 1st section of kitchen, the idea is if I ever need to get to the door mechanism the overhang kitchen module detaches and will come out without destroying the whole kitchen, it leaves part of the worktop floating but I can work around that. I see so many build vlogs with overhanging kitchen built as one long unit. Just thought I would comment. 👍

Thanks for the comment. We hadn't thought of that really so we may have to incorporate that into our build! It's coming up to that point soon as well so the timing was spot on! 👍

Just a bit of advice when using the router you should have the cut edge at your left side. Triger hand away from the wood.
Thanks for that, I will remember for next time. What is the reason for this?
It’s the rotation of the blade it’s gives a better cut and going the other way blunts it.
