Power conveniently does this routinely. It costs them nothing and makes them appear, mainly to the unsuspecting, as "compassionate." Justice for indigenous peoples is material, including giving back lands that belong to them but power has stolen -- and still steals. That's what we're seeing, among other places, the U.S. doing in Gaza. I imagine one day when it arbitrarily decides Palestine is no longer a "threat" they will be offering empty words like this too. It's a shameful and cruel hoax.

How can be say that a lot of innocent people are being killed and it's got to stop? When it's American bombs in American jets, using American intelligence doing the killing! And it is amazing that he apologized for the bordering school tragedy, it's a step in the right direction, and funding for indigenous education should be a no brainer. We white people have such a stain on our souls for our ancestors and their collective behaviors.... it is something we are going to have to acknowledge as a people and seek forgiveness... ❤
In regards to Gaza, Harris has spoken about it in her rallies. Trump has not. Regarding the Native indigenous, they have been ignored for so long and what the government did to those innocent children and to the parents, being forced to havr thir kids taken, it was horrible. America was wrong for it. The Native Indigenous DO NOT have the same resources as most Americans, they have gone through so much and even if it's been overdue, it's now and in motion.
It seems to me that in regards to the genocide, one is clear that the current policies will continue, while the other has made it clear that their opponent's policies aren't severe enough. The genocide will continue unabated, the only question is how much more we contribute to helping our partners in it.
Harris is the only candidate I see reaching out to Native communities and Palestinian communities. Trump would just as soon deport anyone who looks like them. Vote blue folks! 💙💙🗳️

Or… is there no sense of remorse felt by the malevolent financial elitists, the unelected power brokers who are invisible to the American public, due their bigger world agenda?
Just for natives & Justice for Black Americans who built this country for free
I concur.
Sorry, but this is not about black people
@RappRelevant333 sorry but it's about all oppressed people who were enslaved and had genocide done to them. Maybe look up the word "Relevant" before saying "Irrelevant" things.
@@RappRelevant333 Native Americans have received apologies and forms of reparation and restitution. Black American Freedman have not. Also, many native tribes owned slaves and worked with White people to expel Black members from the ttibes so they could not get any land rights and benefits. Gp whine to them about that.

So?! What good is an apology without corrective action?!
Yeah, it's like when Bill Clinton apologized for slavery while he was behind many "tough on crime"/War on Drugs policies and ineffective "welfare to work" programs that disproportionately affected Black communities, and Hillary supported the same policies as senator.
Where's the apology to the people in Gaza? That's my question.

Do the Palestinians have to wait as long as our Native American brothers and sisters did? Let's change and repent as the calamities of Divine Justice are sweeping ALL corruption off the face of the earth. "The meek shall inherit the earth."
We're still waiting, this empty 'apology' is nowhere near enough to repair the damage done to my people,
and it would be nowhere near enough to repair the damage done to palestinians.
It’s a pretty empty apology when he’s currently exterminating an indigenous population in Gaza right now.
Trump is no different.
@@Doc5thMech you may be right, but we’re talking about the current establishment.
@@Doc5thMech you pointing out this fact does nothing to change how empty this apology is nor how disgustingly genocidal Joe Biden is. It does nothing to bring back the tens of thousands of children genocidal Joe has helped kill over the last year plus.
The only thing you’ve proven is that our nation is completely owned by two genocidal political cults and the two political cult system agreeing to commit genocide has done NOTHING to get the American people to stop supporting these two political cults that are bleeding our country dry and turning us into morons with zero moral values
And the indigenous people of North America making the point. Such kindness.
Give the land back and pay reparations and get prosecuted for genocide past and present
Right that won't happen
This is a start for our Indigenous brothers and sisters in North America (First Peoples of Canada, the United States of America, and the United States of Mexico).

This guy is 200 years behind the ball what about Palestinians right now!!! She is absolutely right!
So your parents or grandparents didn't find this apology healing at all?
The hopeful tone is encouraging, but also glad to hear Peltier mentioned. Important context for these "apologies". And Palestine! Thank you, Nick!
This is hallow and shallow while he is committing war crimes of genocide in the Middle East.

I'm so glad the Native Americans are standing up for their rights.. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time! Stand in your truth.. Much love to the Native Americans... from South Africa🇿🇦

A war made of France,Spain along with Muslim and white people coming from several countries against natives. How exactly is that war? Country to country is war. The top countries against innocents is a genocide . Even in battles there are rules. Lastly Palestine’s are not for natives they only want to use them for their own benefit.

Since 2007, the Canadian government has invested approximately $200 billion in support of Indigenous communities and reconciliation. This money has yet to fully show its effect, but the United States should be investing like this and if the amount should be relative to the Canadian population The US should be spending well over a trillion dollars over the next 15 years.
Redirect all funds to Israel to our Native Americans! Land back!
I am absolutely disgusted with the choice to make this an election event, and I strongly disapprove of the involvement of the native collaborators who received biden to do this. there was no valid reason to not do this after the election, that would have been much more credible.
If he thinks Trump will give them anything? He may want the “final solution “?
Please vote blue, then negotiate with the Harris administration to get your request met. Please, it is too close for Biden to do anything, except the Presidential pardon.( praying he will actually do asap).
She needs to stop arming the genocide and stop spreading rape propaganda.
A historic and well overdue apology to the Native Americans in the USA, Thank you, President Biden and Thank you Secretary Deb Haaland and your Team for working hard on this important North American issue that still impacts the Native Americans today, Yes, Free Peltier!
Dear brother thank you for your honourable stance towards the Palestinian cause
Still doing the current Nakba though.
How can you apologize for a genocide while committing another genocide at the same time ? this man has no shame 🤦♂️. He is an old man. If I was him, I would be wondering what comes after. He doesn’t have a lot of time left. He will follow the rest of the war criminals Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mussolini, pol pot, Heinrich Himmler, George Bush, Henry Kissinger, George Bush, Senior Richard Nixon, etc., etc. he will be next to all of them… 🔥
How can be say that a lot of innocent people are being killed and it's got to stop?
When it's American bombs in American jets, using American intelligence doing the killing!
And it is amazing that he apologized for the bordering school tragedy, it's a step in the right direction, and funding for indigenous education should be a no brainer.
We white people have such a stain on our souls for our ancestors and their collective behaviors.... it is something we are going to have to acknowledge as a people and seek forgiveness... ❤
The fact is they were giving those kids a fake culture and did a horrible job at doing it. The real Indians were and still are black Americans. ❤
To be an American Exceptionalist is Manifest Destiny.
Poor O’Biden is so ignorant and pitiful. God bless and help him.
If Senile Joe can't release Peltier, he's not the least bit serious about this "apology" shit.
Harris and her spoke people have said they support israel and she spreads the rape lies every time she talks about Gaza.
