A whole professional league production that was supposed to represent your whole country, got so butthurt by a player's comment they decided to gaslight everyone and attack him.
This literally proves his point that production in mpl ph is shit, they are literally clowns
Best I'd say is for MPL PH to put out a statement of apology as they have clearly misinterpreted or ehem ehem tried to manipulate what Fwyd said to make it a 'spicier comment'.

Imagine, a Philippine Professional basketball player just share his opinion about a NBA game he watched and the whole NBA league put this player in a negative spotlight and making fun of this person throughout multiple live games resulting in this person being cyber bullied. Doesn't matter what the player said. This is bully.
For me, Chicken did nothing wrong he just expressed his opinion.
Now, for that matter, regarding how MPL-PH is boring, it is kind of true, because c'mon guys, did you all expect the current TNC, Minana, or OMG to beat APBren, ECHO, RSG PH, Blacklist or Onic? Like you already know the match-up, regardless of the outcome, like 2-0 or 2-1. That's why it's getting a little stale, and in the context of Mirko, he said that there are some games that are stale like low tier teams or mid tier teams playing like when he skip to stream game 1 of MPL - PH because he already know the outcome regardless of the score and he was right 2-0 for the side of RSG against TNC.
The end of the match segment is kind of cringe but bearable, or like the end of a game (Ex. Game 1 ended, and the talking on the fans segment) segment after the analyst or the casters do their thing and go to the hype girl like Mara and her Co-hype (forgot his name) that is where the cringe is and kind of boring most of the time.
In summary, Chicken did nothing wrong, maybe in the delivery of his speech, or Mara just stirring some gossip. Either way, this is just drama out of pocket.

Yup it's been happening for a few seasons now and even the big personalities like Zapnu and Dogie call them out. We're not ready for the franchise league and its regulations. Now they can't get hype and drama between players because they are afraid of sanctions when they say something bad. Plus we have few star players left. If they are not performing well, they are benched. There's just no source of hype.

The amount of hate chicken is getting is bizarre and that just proves that not all people have proper reading comprehension and that's really sad.
The amount of hate he's getting proves how butthurt people are over his statement, which honestly should have never garnered this much attention in the first place. This really only started getting traction once MPL PH reacted out of nowhere, despite the fact that people have been saying the same thing for a long time now. MPL PH Prod didn't have to go this far to try and make this as a segment on their stream, yes I know that it's their way of spicing things up but I can't doubt that their is a slight hint of malice from a member of production. He has every right to share his opinion and from the looks of it he isn't scared of backlash as well, as he is confident with what he spouts on stream. On the side of MPL PH, this was a bad pr move, just no professionalism on this account, milking views at the extent of Fwyd getting hate.

And those host is the one overacting the situation. But the production should be responsible also because they dont show the full statement of what fwdchicken said. As I’ve been reading and observing these comments, it is truly sad that my fellow filipinos have indeed low comprehension in reading. Na misunderstood talaga si chicken. In his streams, he said that he likes mpl indo more than mpl ph in terms of production, hindi sa mga players, PRODUCTION NGA. In fact, in one of his streams, he states that the players in ph are far more dominant. To see chicken get all this hate is bizarre and it’s totally laughable.

Chicken's comment specifically to MPL PH production team. Plain simple guys. PH production team cant take the heat man. By the way they get paid to produce better quality entertainment, why cant they accept criticism like a pro or a champ?
Fwydchicken is actually so smart not to blame the host even though the host made it a big issue. He has all the rights to sue the production if he has been quoted wrongly because of damages (including psychological damages) that this issue has brought to him. He just needs to get a very good attorney not to win this but to maximize the value of penalty he can get out of this. PH prod might be penalized heavily and the host might be terminated or suspended the least if proven.

I’m not sure if what I’m about to say is relevant to the topic or not. Ph are proud of their region and the exports, as they should be but what they don’t understand is that Indos are not just importing great players but also ph fans of those imports, which is why they are willing to pay knowing that MPL ID can generate more views which in turn indirectly generate more income and sponsors. It may be more to do with winning the league and possibly the M world champion but it is also a part of their marketing strategy.

If I remember correctly, FriedChicken said along the lines of MPL PH being 'stale'. Depends on the context or wording. Because stale could be synonymous to the word 'boring'. But I think what he meant by stale was that MPL PH is that the matches are the same (even, or repetitive) in a sense of the winners of a match is almost a no brainer. Thus not as exciting as other regions. Just my take on it, and he could mean something else by it.
