Going to a Concert at House of Blues at Disney Springs | Emo Night Brooklyn, Take This to Your Grave

In today's video, we do something that we haven't done before. At Disney Springs, there is a place called House of Blues. It is a restaurant that we have been to but we also found out it is a concert venue as well! One of our friends went to a concert and they handed out free tickets to the concert we went to and she gave us the tickets so we could go check it out. The concert theme was Emo Night. The concert was Emo Night Brooklyn which featured a DJ as well as the band Take This to Your Grave. They played a lot of pop-punk alternative emo music. A lot of these songs were extremely popular while we were in school and are still popular today! This was the first Emo Night at House of Blues at Disney Springs and there was a full house! The venue was pretty cool. It was bigger than what we thought it would be. There are not many seats though, so most of it is standing only. However, it was a pretty cool experience! We decided to leave early as it was going to go pretty late and it was so loud our ears were ringing haha. It is neat to know that House of Blues has concerts that are inexpensive that you can go to while you are on Disney World property at Disney Springs.

Do they ever actually play Blues music or is it always annoying, loud metal?
It’s a venue so it is always different. If you go to their website, they have a schedule of who is playing what. Some days might be blues, other days rap. It just depends but good question!

@@thealtemlife Yes, it's twice the size of this venue. The only bad thing is that if you go before 6pm you have to pay for parking. They also have a website that shows upcoming events.

There are limited and reserved seats in the venue. You can pretty much stand anywhere in the building!

So i have concluded that The House of Blues is just a music Venue and it has nothing to do with the music art form called the blues. BUMMER!
The actual House of Blues restaurant has a Blues feel to it. We did a review on that. The venue is for all sorts of entertainment. They could have Blues one day, but the next could be Rap. Keep an eye on their schedule!
That's not the Blues!
