What's the use of "C" float terminal if the pump will always TURN ON itself when the water level reaches to "H" float terminal.

"C" acts as Transmitter of a signal, which "H" and "F" carries back to the main unit. So "C" which stands for "Common" has crucial role to play in the setup.
