top speed of a husqvarna sm 125 is about 125-140 depends on your carburator and pipes, its is as full power, as stock top speed is around 100. My hva sms 125 goes whit factory full power pipe it goes 134 whit 14/48transmissions, and whit 14/45 top speed is 137 :) And the bike is 07 model :)
Miha Sumak The KTM's are more powerful because they are made for racing in mind (though I dont know the exact numbers hp wise, try google it to see), when the SM is made to be a road legal 125cc motorcycle. If you want a Husqvarna SM looking bike with somewhere around 40hp you can mod the WR with some supermoto tyres and stuff.
