To sort your data in the second pivot chart "Sales by Manager", you have to right click on any of the bar then sort and select "Sort smallest to largest", which is the opposite of what is in the actual table. But then both are sorted the same way... So stupid. You would need to have a duplicate table that would be on an hidden sheet for the bar chart and you can then have separation of sorting. Sorry this is the best I came up with. Thank you Microsoft for such an intuitive sorting feature! hahaha Great video, excellent elocution for non English native speakers. Much appreciated.
22:15 If data is largest number down to smallest number in table, but bar chart shows smallest bar down to largest bar, right-click at any name on the left of a bar in the chart to highlight all the names of the bars, click Format Axis, click Categories In Reverse Order, so that now the bars in the chart are sorted in the same order as the data in the table.

Hi. I just completed 3 hours Excel for Beginners and now searching for continuous session for intermediate (if any). But I can't locate session for intermediate
since my data was hundreds of thousands of records and too big to email i found that if i made a copy of the spreadsheet and deleted the data tab , the pivot tables links remained intact

Yes, the PivotTable data will remain intact as long as you don't refresh it. :)
