- We made it to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand! We start our day off in Chinatown, and we walk through the narrow streets where the locals live and work. We then head into the heart of the city to check out two of the most visited sights of the city. We check out The Grand Palace and Wat Pho, both being spectacular places to visit. After walking around here, we head to Thailand's largest weekend market; Chatuchak Weekend Market. Lastly, we head back to where we started, to check out the Chinatown that all tourists visit in Bangkok on Yaowarat Road. We hope you enjoy exploring with us.

Bangkok was incredible - my favourite city after Bangkok. The temples were amazing but Chao Praya River Cruise at night is stunning

My husband and me love to watch your videos. We are really enjoying it and believe that you guys deserve so much more likes or subscribers. We love how you tell your journey with beautiful footage (especially the drone shots) and good music. Many years ago my friend and me were in BKK; we tried to get to China town by renting a tuk tuk and ended up in a deserted place. It was so scary, everywhere was dark, we thought maybe we got kidnapped and already made plane to "escape" or at least scream for help. Luckily, we only ended at a riverside restaurant :))) The food was good, people were friendly. We asked some other people there that how did they know about this restaurant, they all had the same answer that they were "delivered" by tuk tuk.
That’s so incredibly sweet 😊 Thank you so much for all the kind words. Also, finding yourself in an unfamiliar place at night can definitely be quite scary and intimidating. We’ve had some uncomfortable experiences on this trip so far, but nothing crazy.

Great vlog, it brought back so many happy memories of Bangkok. Glad you touched on the scams, I came across so many on my vist, but if you're careful you can usually spot them, don't let them spoil your trip to this beautiful city....

Oh BKK... Sweet memories. You are very daring riding a bike in that traffic. And sadly the Tuk Tuk drivers will never change their habits. Best to be avoided at all times. A fast transport into down town from Banglampo area is the public boat on the Sean Saep canal, staring at the vicinity of the Golden Mount. And please report about the upper and lower Rambutri street. Missing it so much!!

Only 1 Day In Bangkok (((( No Way )))) Chinatown Is A 25%% Draw For Me. I Would Stay At A Hotel For 1/2 Nights In Chinatown To Explore, Eat & Soak It Up. Street Food Heaven. Meat On A Stick. Pancake Zae Was Eating Looked Yummy. I Would Go For Plain Coconut Ice Cream YUM Winner. Excellent From Start To Finish.

Since u guys travel on a budget, I highly recommend u should check out Terminal 21 Mall food court & do a video about it. Extremely cheap & delicious local Thai foods (200 baht will probably get u 2 main dishes, 2 desserts & 2 fruit smoothies). The place is super clean & the best part is free air con considering the heat in BKK in daytime. Keep in mind the place gets super busy, so avoid the rush hours during lunch & dinner time😊

Most tourists should NOT use a bike here..very dangerous. Use the MRT and BTS instead
We’ve put in quite a few KMs on motorbikes so far on this trip. Definitely over 1000. We are also trying to be as careful as possible. We can definitely tell it’s not beginner friendly. You wouldn’t want to be taking your first ride on the streets of Bangkok.
People always look at the shinny part of towns for tourists. And not those interesting parts which showed how people worked hard and live their lives away from the glamour and colourful lights. I understand thailand has a large ethnic chinese community like malaysia.
It’s always interesting to visit these parts of town, anywhere you visit!
