I can try to convince you she not the best. When inko heard izuku was quirkless she didn't believe in him, it a parent job to support there kids even if there dream are unachievable. And aizawa makes an amazing point at the end.

Fighting by fist whilst going against someone who can touch you even if they’re extremely far from you is a dumb idea and shouldn’t be supported. They’ll be let down in the end. She just didn’t want to lose her child because she supported him so much. Adding to that, if Izuku did end up getting accepted without a quirk, it’s extremely dangerous. Think of Muscular. Even if Izuku is quirkless, his personality is the same. He’ll try to blindly fight Muscular just to save a kid. Also, Muscular can pretty much one shot Izuku if he bashes his head. Now imagine Inko’s reaction when she found out her son’s in grave danger because he wanted to be a hero without a quirk. She’d feel extremely sad for making him think he’d be a hero and survive. Maybe if she didn’t support him, his life would be much more peaceful and happier. He’d still be degraded for not having a quirk but at least his life won’t be on the line.

The thing is. What All Might said to Deku wasn't dealt with wicked intent. He said it because All Might knows how dangerous the hero job was especially since he dealt with All for One which injured his organs and weaken his quirk entirely. All Might felt worried that this quirkless boy might die trying to become a Hero *The issue arises about the fact that All Might didn't access the situation and realize that this Boy showed DESPERATION. He WANTS to become a Hero. So telling him outright that he cannot was like breaking the Camel's Back. Truly, poor Deku.* Another salt on the wound was the fact All Might *WAS* quirkless, so I know dang well he had similar desperation that Deku had felt in middleschool in wanting to become a Hero. That's the saddest truth. No I ain't saying All Might is in the wrong. He simply was worried about the safety of Deku. However, I will not lie, Quirkless Deku with a Gun would be OP
Also, the line of "You too can become a hero" should be evaluated. I don't think this line is referring to the concept that *Anyone can be a hero.* I like to think this is more so aligning to the idea of: *Not everyone can truly wield the Hero title, but if you were given the chance to become a hero, would you take it?* Since Deku was given One for All by All Might. Not everyone is created equal. That's why not everyone is fitted to become a Hero. We saw what happened during the war arc, most heroes retired. They were A BUNCH OF WUSSES.
This is just a personal opinion but Aizawa went to far with the last line because it’s quite obvious that Katsuki regrets what he did.
