It's lovely to see you back, and looking a lot more at peace and settled. Clearly your previous load was too much, and there is strength is realising it and knowing that taking a step back is what you need. I think your plan to just do a video when there is something you want to share, rather than feel obligated to 'come up with something' to meet a regular scheduled slot is a lot better. You'll feel more enthusiastic about it, and less drained by it. A makeup / clothes declutter video might be interesting as well as therapeutic for you to do too. You could then revisit what you decided to keep and do a 'how to use what I have in new ways' type video. It would be very inspiring for us to see. I also liked it when you did some gardening tips. And maybe a 'what I learned during my break that has changed my outlook in a more positive way' Video. The caveat of course being - don't feel obligated to do it all at once. And don't feel compelled to produce something for the sake of it. Sorry if it might seem like a lot of suggestions, but I've been going through a tough time of things myself recently and have also had to take a step back. I'm re-evaluating where I'm knocking myself out due to a of misguided belief that I'm expected to be all things to all people all the time and it's not possible or sustainable. So do what is best for you, and I'm sure we'll love whatever you do put out whilst understanding that it be more ad hoc. Big hugs 🤗🤗 xx
