So ok, I didn't remember my whirly or all of my nets. Bit I think this video proves that even if the birds are high and fast, you need to play the game and be prepared to change tactics. It worked for me with 35 in the bag and some fantastic mat for the table as well as some great sport.

Springer spaniel no mate but it’s cold at this time of year. I prefer the heated seats and comfort of the Landy. They are 4 wheel drive but I beached it lol.

Hope you are well, nice work as always, I've got the same problem as you, massive amount of birds but with the way the weather has been the buggers will not decoy in, fingers crossed when we are done with this snow they are going to be very hungry and we should be in for a good couple of days so stock you on them shells,

Robin Foxer yeah all good, we are covered in the white stuff up here, I'm thinking of a night out with Morris tomorrow night with the dogs, nothing better than running bunnies in the snow and always a chance of a shot at a hungry ginger 🐇👍

Super997turbo hi there thanks for watching. I use a “goji” battery charger I got from Currys for about a £10er. Then it simply plugs in to the go-pro’s USB input. Obviously it’s not waterproof while this is happening but it does allow the unit to be used for a good 4/5 hour session not probs. I just tuck it in the standard go pro head mount. No extra stuff needed.
Robin Foxer thanks I’ll go and get one. At 4/5 hours that’s a great run time for something so small.

yep, its very comfy and when I'm sat on it you cant see it.
I bet you would of shot 100 + maybe 200 if you had decoys and a magnet out on that maize
shooter75 you’re probably right. I was out today with two magnets going. They decoyed in well a few of us had 359 but no video today as I wanted to just enjoy the shooting.
Fill your freezer up there lol, your not by yourself ,I do a lot of crow shooting and the other day they were up high on the wind 💨 playing about but they are pairing up so things will get better as the months go on , a bad days shooting is better than a easy day at work atb steve
Do you eat the pigeons?
I do mate yes. If I get big bags though they go to the game dealers.
Winter pigeons are hard to decoy in and being a hunting man you should no these 2 things no wind means high pigeons looked like no wind atall and you shouldn't shoot at big gangs it just educates them which isn't good
motohunter I’m not a pigeon shooter per say. Just enjoy abit of decoying every now and then. I’m still learning in that department.

TheNeuschwanstein Air gun shooting only happens about a quarter of the time. The majority of my time I’m rifle shooting with the .223. However, Lee has just bought the same setup as mine so we’ll be back to Rat City within the next two weeks.
